Firuz Rahimi
Firuz is a business lawyer with a practice focused on private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Before joining MDS, Firuz practiced in the Calgary and New York offices of a leading Canadian law firm during which he also completed a six-month placement at a pension fund manager in Toronto.
He has advised a diverse range of clients in transactions across a number of sectors, including in private equity, pension funds, emerging technology, mining, health care, agriculture and oil and gas.
