Tatjana is an experienced M&A and business lawyer practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and business law.  She represents private companies, private equity clients, family offices, investors, entrepreneurs and start-ups on a variety of transactional, commercial and business law matters, including purchase and sale of business transactions,  equity financings, debt financings, complex corporate reorganizations, incentive compensation plans, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters.  Tatjana’s transactional and commercial law experience spans a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, transportation and technology. 

Prior to joining MDS, Tatjana practiced at a leading national law firm as well as in-house where she gained invaluable insight into delivery of legal services from a client’s perspective.
